Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Debra Washington and I am the CEO of Elite Staffing Agency. I am thankful to God that I have been given the opportunity to serve in the capacity of Resources of Staffing. My experience in the medical field of over 25 years has allowed me to have great insight when selecting outstanding and efficient candidates that are required for your facility to run smoothly and efficiently. My position as a Patient Relations Specialist in the Emergency room permitted me to be a bridge between the patients, doctors and nurses. As the patients expressed their concerns, we worked together as a team to address their concerns by actively listening with empathy and compassion and we addressed each concern in a timely fashion.
